Auditing
EFMP provide teams of trained people to carry out short-term or ongoing audits of your products, your assets and your position in the marketplace - for example:
- Is your product available for sale, correctly sited and displayed?
- Is there sufficient stock holding?
- Do you have an up to dater asset register of display equipment?
- Do you know the customer and /or consumer attitude to your product?
Results will be reported back rapidly often through real-time electronic transfer, for immediate client action.
Merchandising
EFMP provide ongoing and short-term teams of trained merchandisers to ensure your products are fully available at point of purchase, often working together as the implementation partner to client'' own sales teams.
These services are provided primarily in hypermarkets, but projects such as shelf refits, equipment installation, and major point of sale material placement are carried out across a wide spread of retail and other commercial channels.
